Do we really eat healthily? Or, are we sick eaters?
Most of us unfortunately do not do so. We are of the mindset that it is too costly and time-consuming. Wrong! Lots of us eat healthily; but not in the manner that is inherent to each of our unique selves. Eating healthily is not about a specific trend, science, or diet. We are constantly swayed between choices such as raw food, superfoods, smoothies, or liquid green juices; etc. It boils down to simplicity. We need to listen to our body; specifically our internal body clock. e are all unique and our eating habits are as unique as we are since the day of our inception. Get to know your foods. Return to origin. So; get going. Know who you are through what you eat Simplistically!
