4. After email confirmation of order make payment.
5.Once payment is made goods will be despatched to you or for collection.

We do not accept cheques but all other transactions are facilitated to accomidate your shopping needs.

- offer Consumer-to-Consumer Money-Transfer Services. Payment made direct, fees are payable up front, no bank account needed or local ID needed, you can use a passport.

Please make sure that the name on your depost is either the same as your ordering name or add in your order number in your deposit description so we can tie up your payment to your order on our end. When you have made your bank deposit, please pop an email off to us so we know the payment has been made.
Paying via Pay Pal or PayFast send us your order details for payment to process.
No orders will be couriered without full payment and upon bank clearance verification.
Small orders are to be paid 100% in advance to ensure order processing.
Delivery terms
All items in South Africa cost R60.00 per parcel under 20kg. Shipping to international zones are calculated according to the area or country of despatch.
Shipping Guarantee
We take every precaution to ensure that your order get to you efficiently. We can track your shipping so delivery losses are rare.
We ask our customers to allow at least 2 weeks before contacting us regarding the non-arrival of an order.
Correct shipping address
It is important to be very careful when you complete your shipping address. Please double check that the delivery details you provide is correct. Our shipping guarantee is not valid if the address you have given us is incomplete or incorrect.
Cancellations & returns
Once goods are despatched orders cannot be cancelled.
We ensure that the products are checked prior to shipment to ensure goods are in the proper condition prior to despatch. Each item is triple checked for quality of printing, the quality of the garment construction and the quality of textile and we pride ourselves as having a 100% track record of quality issues in this regard.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days of purchase (proof of payment and original packing must be supplied).
Clients pay for all costs incurred for returns in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email or call direct a levy to cover admin costs will be
deducted.
