MAGAZINES & BOOKS
MAGAZINE ORDER:
Preferable to be done via subscriptions and additional back issues to prescribed minimum.
MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION:
4 issues per year (R600.00) if purchases total under 10 issues (no discount)
BOOKS:
Bulk book order totals 100 issues across all titles. Can be done via share order.
SHARE ORDER:
A share order can be accommodated with a minimum of 10 units upward.
Share orders take a little longer to deliver; due to time to accumulate a full order.
The lower the purchase units; the less the discounted price.
Some items may be couried in; regardless of bulk orders.
BULK ORDER:
Bulk orders are done according bulk minimum purchases; unless stock is in despatch.
Larger and regular orders are rewarded with reasonable prices according to product specific
and quantity.
DISTRIBUTORS
BECOME A DISTRIBUTOR:
Furnish us your contacts and company details along with a motivational letter.
On completion we will review and contact you direct.
Exclusive distributorship for an area is an option; this will be stipulated via contractual
agreement.
DISTRIBUTOR DISCOUNTS & PURCHASES:
Supply is wholesale to acquire the best discounted rates.
Distributors get the best buying rates to generate an income.
Become a distributor and supply your area exclusively.
These prices can be obtained.
CLOTHING
Manufacture and Design*
Option 1
You may choose from our already manufactured merchandise range.
This allows for a quicker turnover time and delivery will be exact.
You may choose fabric, colours, print, embroider, etc.
3-10 working days to deliver to samples SA via courier or samples in stock.
Option 2
Manufacture and design of item specific; is a timely process.
We prefer meeting face-to-face for to get a good overview of client needs.
Origination samples can take 1 week plus to manufacture from concept to sample.
3-10 working days to deliver samples to SA via courier.
*All sample costs will be in favour of client account.
DELIVERY
Items in stock - supplied within 1 to 2 weeks.
Items not in stock - 3 to 4 weeks needs to be allowed to process orders.
Bulk orders - 30 to 40 days manufacturing and shipping time.
PAYMENTS
No orders will be couriered without full payment and upon bank clearance verification.
Small orders are to be paid 100% in advance to ensure order processing.
Bulk orders need a 80% deposit prior to sampling and processing; the balance to be paid prior
to order being shipped and cleared.
No orders will be processed unless proper order stipulations are emailed along with payment
confirmations to get the order processed.
POSTAL & SHIPPING
Postage for small orders up to 10 units is FREE in South Africa only.
Traditional Kung Fu Magazine can only supplied to Africa, Indian Ocean Islands and UK.
Large orders are shipped according client specifics and expense.
We supply everywhere; in accordance to distribution agreements.
Bulk orders shipped arrive within 30 to 60 days of paid orders placed.
Small orders are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks of order being placed.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We ensure that the products are checked prior to shipment.
We do not accept returns.
Clients pay for all costs incurred for return shipments; in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email or call direct; a levy to cover admin costs will be
deducted.
