No orders will be couriered without full payment and upon bank clearance verification.
Bulk orders need a 80% deposit prior to sampling and processing; the balance to be paid prior
to shipping and clearing.
No orders will be processed unless proper order stipulations are emailed along with payment
confirmations to shaolincafe@gmail.com to get the order processed.
DELIVERY
Items in stock will be supplied within 1 to 2 weeks.
Not in stock a delay of 3 to 4 weeks needs to be allowed to process orders.
Bulk orders need plus minus; 30 to 60 days manufacturing and shipping time.
POSTAL & SHIPPING
Shipping for small orders up to 10 units is FREE in South Africa only.
Traditional Kung Fu Magazine can only supplied to Africa, Indian Ocean Islands and UK.
Large orders are shipped according client specifics.
Shipping, duty & VAT is due to client account for bulk orders.
We supply everywhere; in accordance to distribution agreements.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We ensure that the products are checked prior to shipment.
We do not accept returns; due to problems encountered with piracy.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances;
Clients pay for all costs incurred for return shipments.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email or call direct; a levy to cover admin costs will be
deducted.
